Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days as they are made fresh to order. Please bear with us at busy times and during special holidays. We also offer free collections from any event, simply sign up on the website https://rootsveganskincare.co.uk to receive our monthly emails with event details. Please contact us before ordering to double check the event you require is still going ahead, sometimes events are cancelled and this is out of our control.

Lead times are completely dependent on the size of the order (for example wholesale orders) and shipping company's delivery times. We use Royal Mail and Myhermes and the shipping times vary usually from 2-4 working days.
