If your order contains both wholesale and non-wholesale items we will ship
the whole order together when the wholesale items are complete. if you require
your order earlier you will need to create a separate order for the
non-wholesale items.

Further discounts are available for orders over £1000, please inquire. MOQ
£250 (wholesale products only), for orders less than £250 please inquire. Only
1 sample of each product/scent allowed.

You will receive a separate invoice for shipping (you can email your order
to us first before purchasing for up-to-date shipping costs if you prefer).
Shipping costs are based solely on weight.

Total turnaround (production plus shipping time) is currently 1-2 weeks for
smaller orders, 2-3 weeks for larger orders, however please email us first if
you need your order by a specific date info@rootsveganskincare.co.uk. Products
are hand-crafted fresh to order so please allow extra time.
