We use and continue to source organic ingredients. Our use of organic ingredients depends on numerous factors:

Many ingredients are simply not supplied in an organic form for example, water is non-organic therefore any product containing water cannot be 100% organic.Some organic ingredients are extremely expensive and we would need to factor this into our pricing structure. If the price becomes to high for the customer we cannot add that particular ingredient however we are always on the look out for when an organic product comes within our pricing range.Some ingredients are advertised as organic however according to our research, they don't have the certification to prove they are so we cannot use these ingredients.

Yes! Our products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. We are registered with PETA's 'Beauty without Bunnies' program and you can find Roots Vegan Skincare on PETA's database.

We aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days as they are made fresh
to order. Please bear with us at busy times and during special holidays.
We also offer free collections from any event, simply sign up on the website https://rootsveganskincare.co.uk to receive our monthly emails
with event details. Please contact us before ordering to double check the event you require is still going ahead, sometimes events are cancelled and this is out of our control.

Lead times are completely dependent on the size of the order (for example wholesale
orders) and shipping company's delivery times. We use Royal Mail and Myhermes and the shipping times vary usually from 2-4 working days.
