1. Initial Inquiry & Consultation: Submit your requirements via our online inquiry form. We will review your details and if required schedule a complimentary, no-obligation virtual introduction meeting.

2. Sample Selection & Testing: Experience the quality firsthand. Select the formulations you wish to test, and we will issue a sample invoice.

3. Service Agreement: Once you select your final formulations, we will issue an invoice for our white label service fee to launch your project.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Setup: We ensure all formulations meet strict UK/EU cosmetics regulations and complete the necessary safety and legalities.

5. Custom Label Design: Our team will create three front-facing digital concepts. After final sign-off, we complete the full-range layout for hand-applied labeling. We can recommend reputable printing companies if necessary.

6. Wholesale Ordering: Place your product order at our competitive wholesale rates. A final production invoice will be issued upon receipt.

7. Fulfillment & Delivery: Your retail-ready products will be shipped to your business.

8. Launch & Partnership: Your brand is live! We remain your partner for seamless reordering and will invite you to share a review of your experience.

Initial Setup & Brand Creation

• Sample Packs: Costs vary depending on the total number of items requested.
• White Label Service Fee: Covers administration, up to three label concepts, and full cosmetic registration. First Product: £35 (One-time payment). Subsequent Products: £25 per product (One-time payment).
• Design Revisions: Extra adjustments after the initial three concepts are charged at £10 per design.

Ongoing Trade Costs

• Stock Inventory: Reorders are purchased at competitive wholesale trade prices.
• Fulfillment Shipping: Standard commercial courier rates apply within the UK.

How to Place an Order

All samples and custom White Label products must be ordered directly through our team. To place an order or request a quote, please submit our online order form or email us directly at contact@auracompli.co.uk.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

• Samples: There is no minimum order for samples. Please note that sample sizes may vary, only one of each product sample is permitted per customer, and packaging may differ from final retail containers.
• White Label Product Orders: Our minimum order is 10 to 20 items per product line, alongside a minimum opening spend of £200 (excluding sample and white label setup costs).

Tiered Volume Discounts

We offer high-volume discount incentives for larger trade orders. Your final custom invoice quote will automatically reflect these deductions:

• Orders of £500+ = 40% discount off your entire order.
• Orders of £1000+ = 50% discount off your entire order.
• Orders of £1500+ = Bespoke high-volume discount rates apply.

Please note: All sample and product trade orders require settlement via secure bank transfer before production begins.

Turnaround & Production Timelines

• Standard Turnaround: Production and shipping times typically take 1 to 2 weeks for smaller orders, and 2 to 3 weeks for larger volume runs.
• Specialist Formulations: Solid soap and shampoo bars require a 4-week curing cycle.
• Handcrafted Policy: Because our botanical ranges are handcrafted fresh to order, production is scheduled chronologically after full payment settles. Manufacturing will commence following a standard 3-day administration window.

Essential Seasonal Deadlines

To safely accommodate the peak winter rush, we enforce strict autumn order cut-off dates:

• Large Trade Orders: Must be submitted by 1st October to guarantee delivery before the Christmas trading period. Large runs submitted after this date will resume production in January.
• Small Trade Orders: Can be placed up until 15th November for holiday delivery.
• If you require a late-season booking, please email us directly to check our remaining lab capacity.

Shipping & Distribution

• Sample Shipments: Dispatched standard via commercial courier within 3 to 5 working days. You can indicate on your order form if you would like samples shipped ahead of your bulk inventory order.
• Bulk White Label Shipments: Costs are calculated accurately by weight and are included transparently inside your final quotation invoice.
